This hotel offered a great view of the city, and the rooms were always kept clean. the friendly staff were always able to help us navigate the area and even called taxis for us. Plus, it was located near plenty of shops and restaurants, which made it easy to find places to eat.
The wifi and air conditioning were unreliable, and the breakfast options were limited and not very tasty. the location felt a bit unsafe, as we witnessed someone having their bag stolen.

Was a nice place for holiday. Free Wi Fi was useful. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like restoran jade garden that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We liked rio city palembang.

The room was quite clean with modern amenities and the view was beautiful. The breakfast, though with a limited variety, had good taste. the hotel was situated near some great local shops and cafes which allowed for exploring the city and trying new foods.
Our experience was really dampened by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. the parking area was very limited and too close to the busy road, not the safest option.
